Magneti Marelli Holding S.p.A. is a former subsidiary of the Fiat group, sold to the Calsonic-KKR Group in 2018, which produces systems for use in automobiles. It was founded in 1919 as a joint venture between Fiat and Ercole Marelli, and was named F.I.M.M. (Fabbrica Italiana Magneti Marelli).

The company operates in the most varied automotive parts such as electrical and mechanical systems, exhaust systems, transmission systems, suspension systems, among other technologies.

Currently, Magneti Marelli deals with intelligent systems for active and passive vehicle safety, as well as powertrain systems. Lines of business include automotive lighting systems, body control systems, powertrain control systems, electronic instrument clusters, telematics and computer systems, suspension systems and components, exhaust systems and motorsport, in which Magneti Marelli develops specific electronic systems for Formula 1, Motorcycle Grand Prix and World Rally Championship.
